Prestations intellectuelles concernant la mission de coordination système de sécurité incendie et portant sur la conception et/ou l'exécution de projets sur le système de sécurité incendie sur les plateformes aéroportuaires de Nice Côte d’Azur et de Cannes-Mandelieu. Procédure avec négociation (en application des articles L. 2124-3, R.2124-1, R. 2124-4, R2142-1 à R2142-27, R2161-21 à R2161-23 et R2162-4-2° du Code de la commande publique) Procédure conjointe : NON Information sur l’accord-cadre : Conformément à l’article R.2162-2 du code de la commande publique, le marché implique la mise en place d’un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur ou avec plusieurs opérateurs. Nombre maximal envisagé de participants à l’accord-cadre : Sans objet Conformément à l’article R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique, l’accord-cadre est passé sans minimum, et est encadré par un montant maximum de 1 000 000,00 € HT tous les lots confondus, pour toute la durée de l’accord-cadre, toutes reconductions comprises.
