Le présent accord-cadre vise à couvrir les besoins de SNCF Réseau en assistance à la MOA dans le domaine de la sûrete des infrastructures ferroviaires et abords sur les phases 1 et 2 du projet LNPCA. Cet accord-cadre est à marchés subséquent mono-attributaire. Sa durée est de huit (8) ans fermes. Il est conclu sans engagement minimum mais avec un engagement maximum en valeur de 1 512 261 euros H.T.
