Description
Procédure conjointe : NON La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de matériels électriques pour les bureaux et bâtiments ERP et de matériels électriques industriels (réseaux, bâtiments industriels…) Conformément à l’article R.2162-2 du code de la commande publique, le marché implique la mise en place d’un accord-cadre avec plusieurs opérateurs (Le nombre maximum d’attributaires est fixé à 2, sous réserve d’un nombre suffisant de candidats et d’offres recevables). A noter qu’ACA pourra retenir un nombre inférieur d’attributaire si un delta de 5 % était constaté entre l’offre la mieux-disante et celles des autres prestataires. Nombre maximal envisagé de participants à l’accord-cadre : Sans objet Conformément à l’article R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique, l’accord-cadre est passé sans minimum, et est encadré par un montant maximum de 1 392 k € HT, pour toute la durée de l’accord-cadre, toutes reconductions comprises.
