Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de missions de contrôle technique relatives aux opérations de construction neuve, de réhabilitation lourde en milieu vide et de réhabilitation en milieu occupé. La procédure a été lancée sous la forme d'un appel d'offre ouvert (procédure formalisée) en application des articles R2124-2 à R2161- 2 à 5 du code de la commande publique. Conformément à l'article R. 2162-4 du CCP, l'accord-cadre sera conclu sans montant minimum de commande mais avec un montant maximum annuel de commande de 1 500 000.00 euro(s) HT soit 6 000 000,00 euro(s) HT sur sa durée totale de 48 mois (reconductions éventuelles comprises). Sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidats et d'offres, l'accord cadre sera conclu avec 6 attributaires maximum. Les modalités d'attribution des bons de commande aux titulaires se fera à tour de rôle, sauf - Empêchements ponctuels indiqués par le titulaire à Paris Habitat, en fonction de leur ordre de classement des offres lors de l'attribution du marché. - En cas d'absence de résultats : En cas d'absence de résultat du titulaire saisi via un bon de commande par Paris Habitat, à la fin du délai fixé à compter de la date d'…
