Au sein de la CPAM des Yvelines, certaines équipes managériales ont besoin de soutien pour entretenir un environnement de travail serein et productif. La CPAM des Yvelines compte environ 120 managers. Cet accompagnement peut être nécessaire pour des managers, de façon individuelle ou pour des collectifs managériaux, quel que soit le secteur concerné, en cas de signaux de difficultés ou dans des contextes de changements. Le besoin d’accompagnement peut concerner chaque année 1 à 4 personnes ou collectifs managériaux.
