Achizitia are ca obiect furnizarea de motorina tip EURO 5 fara Biodiesel, necesara pentru efectuarea testelor obligatorii conform programului de testare obligatorie pentru Grupurile Diesel de la CNE Cernavoda, pentru o perioada de 4 (patru) ani, precum si asigurarea unei rezerve minime de motorina, conform Manualului de operare BSI 52300.
