Description
Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Vereinbarungen nach § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V zu Fertigarzneimitteln mit verschiedenen Wirkstoffen bzw. Wirkstoffkombinationen im Rahmen eines sogenannten „Open-House-Modells“. Der Beitritt bzw. der Vertragsabschluss kann jederzeit und zu den gleichen Bedingungen erfolgen. Individuelle Vertragsverhandlungen werden nicht durchgeführt. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.02.2025. Davon ausgehend beträgt die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 12 bzw. 24 Monate. Der Vertrag endet am 31.01.2026 bzw. am 31.01.2027 jeweils unabhängig von dem Beginn des Vertrages. Sollte die AOK Hessen während der Vertragslaufzeit für die Wirkstoffe eine Ausschreibung von Exklusivverträgen in Form eines Offenen Verfahrens durchführen, werden die im Rahmen dieser Veröffentlichung geschlossenen Verträge entsprechend den vertraglichen Regelungen beendet.
