Description
The Contracting Authority invites tenders to this request for tenders ("RFT") from Providers of Consulting Services (the "Service provider") to assist the Contracting Authority by providing information on the global energy related markets; (1) global energy markets, (2) global macroeconomic outlook, (3) global carbon emissions markets, (4) global crude oil and oil product markets, (5) global Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) markets, (6) global and European natural gas markets including LNG, (7) Global LNG markets, (8) hydrogen and hydrogen derivatives, (9) market for critical minerals and energy related metals, (10) carbon capture, transport and storage markets, (11) analysis of global industry trends in the oil and gas sector. This public procurement competition is divided into eleven lots (each a “Lot”) as described below in section 1.3. There is a need for additional, limited analyses associated with each Lot. The Service provider must therefore offer an hourly rate for such additional analyses in their tenders, cf. Appendix 3 Tender prices table 2.
