La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d’un marché relatif à l’exploitation, la maintenance et l’optimisation des installations de chauffage collectif des sites de la Sainte-Barbe. Elle fait suite à une procédure antérieure déclarée sans suite en application des articles R.2185-1 et R.2185-2 du Code de la commande publique, afin de garantir : une meilleure prise en compte des besoins, l’intégration de modifications techniques substantielles, le respect du principe d’égalité de traitement des candidats
