Description
Dit betreft de aankondiging in geval van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf van het voornemen tot het gunnen van de opdracht aan Glycorex om plasmaferesekolommen te leveren van 01-06-2024 tot en met 31-05-2028. De opdracht zal op basis van een uitzondering op de aanbestedingsplicht enkelvoudig onderhands kunnen worden gegund en het UMCG beroept zich hiervoor op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b2 AW. Mededinging om technische redenen ontbreekt, omdat geen redelijk alternatief of substituut verkrijgbaar is voor de Glycosorb ABO kolommen van Glycorex voor ABO-incompatibele plasmaferese. Deze aankondiging wordt enkel gebruikt om de voorgenomen procedurekeuze vooraf bekend te stellen aan de markt teneinde belanghebbenden in de gelegenheid te stellen om eventuele bezwaren kenbaar te maken. Indien belanghebbenden, ondanks bovenstaande motivering, bezwaar wensen aan te tekenen tegen bovengenoemd voornemen, dienen zij binnen een termijn van 20 kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging een met reden omkleed bezwaar tegen de voortzetting van deze procedure in te dienen.
