Description
Dit betreft de publicatie in geval van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf van het voornemen tot het gunnen van de opdracht voor de aanschaf van 13 hemodialyse machines, inclusief disposables voor acht jaar zal op basis van een uitzondering op de aanbestedingsplicht enkelvoudig onderhands kunnen worden gegund omdat het UMCG zich kan beroepen op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub B. Dit artikel beschrijft dat wanneer er om technische redenen er geen mededinging mogelijk is, er een uitzondering ontstaat op de aanbestedingsplicht. Omschrijving en scope opdracht: Aanschaf van 13 hemodialyse machines, inclusief disposables voor acht jaar voor de Dialyse afdeling UMCG. Deze aankondiging wordt enkel gebruikt om de voorgenomen procedurekeuze vooraf bekend te stellen aan de markt teneinde belanghebbenden in de gelegenheid te stellen om eventuele bezwaren kenbaar te maken. Indien belanghebbenden, ondanks bovenstaande motivering, bezwaar wensen aan te tekenen tegen bovengenoemd voornemen, dienen zij binnen een termijn van 20 kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging een met reden omkleed bezwaar tegen de voortzetting van deze procedure in te dienen.
