Description
Aankoop van 4 Voluson Expert 22 GE high-end echo apparatuur over de periode 2024-2028. De Prenatale Diagnostiek (PND) en de Obstetrie binnen de afdeling Obstetrie en Gynaecologie maken gebruik van echo apparatuur van het merk General Electric (GE) voor prenataal onderzoek bij zwangere vrouwen. Dit betreft complexe echoscopie waarbij in de zwangerschap afwijkingen aan het ongeboren kind(eren) worden onderzocht. Dit is tertiaire zorg waarvoor het UMCG een vergunning heeft op grond van de wet bijzondere medische verrichtingen (WBMV) voor de regio Noordoost Nederland. In 2019 heeft het UMCG ook middels een procedure van vrijwillige transparantie deze apparaten ingekocht over een periode van 4 jaar. GE is de enige leverancier die high end apparatuur levert die specifiek is ontwikkeld voor women’s health en die nodig is voor het werk binnen de afdeling PND. Afgelopen jaren heeft een groei plaatsgevonden van geavanceerd ultrageluidonderzoek (GUO I en GUO II) met toenemende complexiteit in het UMCG. De opdracht zal op basis van een uitzondering op de aanbestedingsplicht enkelvoudig onderhands kunnen worden gegund en het UMCG beroept zich hiervoor op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b2 AW. Mededingi…
