Description
Dit betreft de publicatie in geval van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf van het voornemen tot het gunnen van de opdracht voor het leveren van de active sentry module inclusief handstukken. De aanschaf zal op basis van een uitzondering op de aanbestedingsplicht enkelvoudig onderhands kunnen worden gegund omdat het UMCG zich kan beroepen op artikel 2.163d AW. Op grond van dit artikel mag het UMCG de bestaande overeenkomst met 50% uitbreiden voor aanvullende leveringen als deze noodzakelijk zijn geworden en er sprake is van een onmogelijkheid (technisch of economisch) om van opdrachtnemer te wisselen. Unieke eigenschappen van de active sentry module incl handstukken zijn dat dit de enige module is die te installeren is op de in het UMCG in gebruik zijnde Alcon Centurion phacoapparaten, waardoor de sensor voor drukvariaties in het oog tijdens de operatie in het handstuk wordt geplaatst. Zonder active sentry module zit deze druksensor in het phacoapparaat waardoor een drukverschil zich eerst door een 1.2m lange slang moest verplaatsen om opgespoord te worden.
