Description
Het doel van deze aanbestedingsprocedure is het tot stand brengen van een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer die, in opdracht van de Gemeente Pijnacker-Nootdorp, verantwoordelijk is voor: het realiseren en opleveren van een darkfiber-verbinding tussen het gemeentelijk datacentrum in Pijnacker en het datacentrum van SmartDC te Rotterdam; de darkfiber wordt gebruikt voor het continue synchroon houden van de data-sets in beide datacenters; het realiseren en opleveren van een beheerde internetverbinding op beide locaties, met een initiële capaciteit van 2 Gbit/s per locatie en de mogelijkheid tot toekomstige capaciteitsuitbreiding; de internet verbinding moet aan de opdrachtgever een hoge beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit van internet ontsluiting bieden; het zodanig inrichten van de infrastructuur dat de internet verbindingen samen functioneren als een ‘fail over’ pad bij het wegvallen van de darkfiber-verbinding.
