Description
SuedOstLink ist ein Netzausbauprojekt, welches als Erdkabel-Verbindung von den beiden Übertragungsnetzbetreibern TenneT TSO GmbH und 50Hertz GmbH geplant und mit einer Spannungsebene von 525 KV (Gleichspannung) realisiert wird. Die Bundesregierung hat den Bedarf für SuedOstLink beschlossen und im Bundesbedarfsplangesetz als Vorhaben V5 und V5a festgeschrieben. Das Vorhaben V5 verläuft zwischen Wolmirstedt in Sachsen-Anhalt und ISAR bei Landshut. Es wurde 2015 vom Bundestag beschlossen und in das Bundesbedarfsplangesetz mit einer Übertragungskapazität von 2 Gigawatt aufgenommen. Um den zusätzlichen Übertragungsbedarf von weiteren 2 Gigawatt zu decken, wird das Vorhaben V5a von Klein Rogahn bis ISAR bei Landshut realisiert. Mit Inkrafttreten der Novelle vom März 2021 wurde das Vorhaben 5a in das Bundesbedarfsplangesetz aufgenommen. Von Klein Rogahn bis zur Landesgrenze Thüringen-Bayern verantwortet der Übertragungsnetzbetreiber 50Hertz die Leitung. In Bayern plant und baut TenneT die Leitung von Münchenreuth, im Landkreis Hof, bis zum Netzverknüpfungspunkt ISAR im Landkreis Landshut.
