IÉ proposes to establish a multi-party framework comprising of three multi-disciplinary consultants (MDC)s, to provide transport planning and economic advisory services across all phases of the project lifecycle as set out in the Transport Appraisal Framework (TAF) and the National Transport Authority (NTA) project lifecycle
