Los 1: Leistungsgegenstand ist die Objektüberwachung des Gebäudes und der Außenanlagen (angrenzende Areal der Stadt Berlin), für die die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Nutzungsrechte am Standort Reichpietschufer besitzt. Zum Leistungsgegenstand gehört ebenfalls die vorbeugende Schadensverhütung, die Meldung und ggf. die Beseitigung von Unregelmäßigkeiten, Gefahren oder Störungen. Los 2: Das Empfangspersonal der GIZ am Potsdamer Platz Berlin und in der Köthener Straße ist erste Anlauf- und zugleich Auskunftsstelle. Es ist dem Liegenschaftsmanagement Berlin mit Sitz in der Köthener Straße 5. Etage zugeordnet und kooperiert eng mit den dort zuständigen Mitarbeitern.
