Description
The Competence Centre Digital Society advises GIZ projects on competence development and digital learning. In addition, GIZ implements the atingi project, a free, multilingual, GDPR-compliant digital learning platform. By 2025, 350 projects from German development cooperation will use atingi. While adapting or creating new trainings and learning content is vital for projects using atingi and for other projects, competence development is in many cases not the projects focus. Thus, projects face significant challenges during conception, development, and implementation. To address increased demand and enable more efficient project implementation, CC and atingi are tendering for: - Lot 1: Consultancy on Strategic Competence Development and Digital Learning, including HCD-Strategy, Scoping, and creation of ToR for E-Learning Content Creation and Needs Assessment. - Lot 2: E-learning course creation and adaptation, with localization, translation, support, maintenance, and project management.
