Description
An intention notice - Section for Cell Therapy at the Department of Cancer Treatment, Oslo University Hospital, is set to procure one Cell Processing System. The procurement also includes entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of equipment-specific consumables. Please refer to the attached document for minimum requirements. Based on our knowledge of the available equipment for the specified needs in the attachment, it is assumed that CYTIVA EUROPE GMBH NUF is the only supplier that can deliver for technical reasons. The conditions in FOA § 13-4 (2) are considered met. Refer also to the previously conducted market dialogue (2023-102274).
