Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προµήθεια καυσίµων για την κίνηση των οχημάτων και των μηχανημάτων έργου και η προμήθεια πετρελαίου θέρμανσης για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των κτιρίων του Δήµου Θερµαϊκού, για διάστημα δύο (2) ετών από την έναρξη της σύμβασης ή μέχρι εξαντλήσεως του οικονομικού αντικειμένου, όπως αναλυτικά περιγράφεται στην 16/2024 μελέτη. Στην προμήθεια περιλαμβάνονται όλα τα οχήματα και μηχανήματα έργου του Δήμου Θερμαϊκού, ενώ έχουν προβλεφθεί και όσα οχήματα ή μηχανήματα έργου πρόκειται να προμηθευτεί ο Δήμος μέσω αγοράς ή παραχώρησης χρήσης, κατά τη διάρκεια του χρόνου ισχύος της σύμβασης που θα συναφθεί, με βάση τη σχετική μελέτη. Κατ’ αναλογία περιλαμβάνεται η προμήθεια πετρελαίου θέρμανσης για κάθε νέο Δημοτικό κτίριο που θα λειτουργήσει κατά τη διάρκεια ισχύος της σύμβασης που θα συναφθεί, με βάση τη σχετική μελέτη.
