Τροποποιούμε τα άρθρα 2 και 4 της υπ’ αρ. πρωτ.: 25760/25.10.2024 σύμβασης (όπως τροποποιήθηκε με τη 8366/17-4-25 (ΑΔΑΜ 25SYMV016683839)) μεταξύ της εταιρείας AMCO και του Δήμου Ηρωικής Πόλης Νάουσας, περί της ανάθεσης της Προμήθειας με τίτλο: «ΥΠ1 - Ψηφιακός Μετασχηματισμός Δήμου Ηρωικής Πόλης Νάουσας». Άρθρο 2 Χρόνος – τόπος – τρόπος παράδοσης : Το ισχύον : «Ο ανάδοχος υποχρεούται να παραδώσει τα υλικά για κάθε τμήμα στο ίδιο χρονικό διάστημα όπως αυτό ορίζεται στην προσφορά του και στα αιτήματα παράτασης. Χρόνος παράδοσης ορίζεται οι εννιά μήνες (9) για τα παραδοτέα των Δράσεων 1-5 και 8-14 ενώ για τη «Δράση 6» οι οχτώ (8) μήνες και για τη «Δράση 7» οι έξι (6) μήνες από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης και σύμφωνα με το χρονοδιάγραμμα του έργου όπως ορίστηκε στην προσφορά του αναδόχου.» Τροποποιείται σε : «Ο ανάδοχος υποχρεούται να παραδώσει τα υλικά για κάθε τμήμα στο ίδιο χρονικό διάστημα όπως αυτό ορίζεται στην προσφορά του και στα αιτήματα παράτασης. Χρόνος παράδοσης ορίζεται οι δώδεκα μήνες (12) για τα παραδοτέα των Δράσεων 1-5 και 8-14 ενώ για τη «Δράση 6» οι δέκα (10) μήνες και για τη «Δράση 7» οι έξι (6) μήνες από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης και σύμφωνα με το χρονοδιάγραμμα…
