Kilden Performing Arts Centre in Kristiansand (Kilden) is one of the most exciting environments for professional performing arts and music in the Nordic region. Kilden houses Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera, Kilden Culture and an innovative implementation of the social side of the social mission through Kilden Dialogue. In interaction with each other, they represent a unique cultural operating concept, in one united organization that is also one of the country’s largest houses for performing arts and music. Kilden is also a large workplace with over 200 permanent employees.
