Description
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with #DIESE as a supplier of the project and resource management system without a competition notice, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations §13-4 letter b.Refer to an invitation to the market dialogue published 18/6-25. After a broad market dialogue and assessment of available systems in the market, our assessment is that #DIESE is the only supplier who can offer comprehensive, modular software that, without a need for integrations or third-party systems, complies with our system requirements.
