1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych dla Kliniki Kardiologii Dziecięcej dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ (Pakiet 1-13). Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną, kilka lub wszystkie części.
