Description

La Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée s'est engagée en 2019 dans la construction d'un Projet Alimentaire Territorial afin d'accompagner la transition alimentaire vers une production agricole durable, résiliente et accessible à tous. Après avoir obtenu la labellisation de niveau 1 en 2021, le PAT TPM a été labellisé " PAT en action ", de niveau 2, en mars 2024 par le Ministère de l'Agriculture et de la Souveraineté Alimentaire pour une durée de 5 ans. Un programme d'accompagnement pour une restauration collective durable est mis en place dans le cadre du PAT, se déclinant en 3 actions : 1. Formation CNFPT - Qu'est-ce qu'une restauration collective durable ? 2. Accompagnement de cantines pilotes à l'adoption de pratiques durables 3. Sensibilisation des convives et des encadrants à l'alimentation durable Dans le cadre de ce parcours d'accompagnement et pour mettre en oeuvre l'action 2 " Accompagnement de cantines pilotes à l'adoption de pratiques durables ", la Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée souhaite faire appel à un prestataire pour accompagner 4 cantines du territoire par an afin de favoriser l'adoption et la mise en oeuvre de pratiques durables dans ces cantines " …
