Description

Prestations de maitrise d'oeuvre et missions complémentaires pour le réaménagement de la Place d'Armes à Toulon. Le projet devra répondre aux enjeux suivants : Valoriser l'entrée de ville Ouest de Toulon Révéler un patrimoine toulonnais exceptionnel Améliorer la qualité de vie des utilisateurs Renaturer un espace urbain Optimiser les flux Mission témoin étendue à l'OPC + missions complémentaires. Marché à prix global forfaitaire. Infrastructure en réhabilitation. La part de l'enveloppe financière affectée aux travaux par le maitre d'ouvrage s'élève à : 5 400 000 euros HT

Award criteria

• Quality — La valeur technique est appréciée au regard du mémoire justificatif de l'offre rédigé selon la trame jointe au DCE. Les sous critères de la Valeur Technique et leur pondération figurent au RC
• Price — La note relative au critère Prix est calculée sur la base du montant total des prestations toutes missions additionnées
