Denna upphandling avser ett ramavtal för inköp av produkterna inom Individuell Mätning och Debitering (IMD) för våra medlemsföretag. IMD-produkterna omfattar system och utrustning som mäter och debiterar individuell energiförbrukning, exempelvis värme, vatten och el, inom flerbostadshus och offentliga byggnader. Inköpet syftar till att underlätta kostnadseffektiv hantering av energiresurser, samtidigt som det skapar incitament för energibesparing och hushållande av resurser bland användarna.
