Refer to Appendix 1 Scope of the Qualification System for detailed requirements for the 3 categories Category 1 – General and Technical Recruitment Services (Payroll) The Scope of this category is to provide recruitment services for payroll staff – this may include permanent, specific purpose or Fixed Term Roles Category 2 – General and Technical Recruitment Services (Non-Payroll) The scope of this category is to cover the provision of recruitment services for non-payroll staff (agency workers) in respect of the following areas: Provide a range of recruitment services across agency worker roles, to meet changing demands within the Contracting Entity for a broad range of staff in this category Category 3 – Executive Search and Selection. The scope of this category is to provide for niche requirements in these areas such as search and selection recruitment services across senior executive roles.
