Accord cadre de MOE à marchés subséquents. Les prestations comprennent : Des missions témoins, composées des éléments de missions suivants : AVP - PRO - ACT - VISA - DET - AOR Des missions complémentaires : EP, ou DIAG selon qu'il s'agisse de création ou de réhabilitation OPC Dossiers réglementaires au titre du code de l'environnement Assistance technique occasionnelle au maître d'ouvrage Des missions de communication sur différentes emprises La mission témoin se décline : Selon trois fourchettes budgétaires d'opérations, à savoir : - Opération dont l'estimation est inférieure à 200 000 euros HT ; - Opération dont l'estimation est égale à 200 000 euros HT et inférieure à 1 Meuros HT ; - Opération dont l'estimation est égale à 1 Meuros HT et inférieure à 3 Meuros HT. Selon trois niveaux de complexité, à savoir : - Complexité simple ; - Complexité moyenne ; - Complexité forte. 1 an renouvelable 3 fois. 4 opérateurs économiques sélectionnés. Mini annuel : 200 000 euros HT. Maxi annuel : 2 000 000 euros HT. Prestations homogènes de MOE sur des ouvrages d'infrastructure.
