Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-11°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs annuels sont indicatifs. Il s'agit de prestations portant sur du nettoyage classique, sur des sites variables et sur le secteur Monlong pour la Mairie de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole. Cet accord-cadre « composite » fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Il correspond pour partie à un marché ordinaire et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande.
