Description
Il s'agit de prestations portant sur du nettoyage classique, récurrent mais aussi occasionnel des bâtiments pour la Mairie de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole. L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations définies au CCTP sont réparties (2 lots). Cet accord-cadre « composite » fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Il correspond pour partie à un marché ordinaire et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande. La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations suivantes : Part marché ordinaire.
