Description
The HTA department at the FOPH is responsible for managing the execution of HTA reports by certified external parties. The HTA department searches two certified contractors of a framework agreement. During the framework agreement, the contractors commit to accept at least two mandates per year for the production of HTA protocols and corresponding HTA reports. HTA protocols and HTA reports are to be written according to FOPH-provided templates and based on an internally FOPH-produced pre-scoping report. All reports are to be written in English. In addition, the following within the contractor's institution is required: a central contact person who makes decisions regarding the contract, project managers assigned to the lead the individual HTA projects, employees in sufficient number to carry out the HTA projects. In the event that the contractor outsources certain parts of the HTA report to third parties, this must be set out in the application.
