Description
The service is purclosed in the Health and Care Services Act, etc. no. 30 of 24.6.2011. Individual decisions are made for each user describing the extent of the service need. Tenderers shall offer individually adapted health and care services (including meaningful activities) that safeguard the users ́ follow-up needs of mental and physical health and that enable them to achieve the best possible functioning and mastering abilities. The service shall be a 24 hour offer. The user shall cover their expenses for food, medicines etc. The user shall not be invoiced for the hire of a residence by the tenderer. The tenderer ́s tender shall mainly be located in Agder or Telemark. It is mainly desirable in a rural location.
