Description
Uisce Éireann intends to establish a Qualification System for the provision of MEICA Repair and Maintenance Works and Services to Uisce Éireann. The proposed Qualification System may consist of four (4) lots (i.e. categories) ‘Lot(s)’. Each Lot may be further subdivided into either sublots, regional areas, or local authorities based upon business needs and feedback received from the RFI. Uisce Éireann reserves the right to add additional Lots at a later stage. There is no restriction on the number of Lots an applicant can apply for. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. There will be no limit on the number of applicants onto the Qualification Panel. Any subsequent Call for Competition for the award of any given contract (including framework agreement(s)) under this Qualification System, will be run to procure MEICA Repair and Maintenance Works and Services to Uisce Éireann as required. Successful applicants will be formally appointed to take on the role and responsibilities of Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Contract Stage (PSCS).
