Description

Dans le cadre de ses compétences et de leur mise en oeuvre, TPM est amenée à acquérir différents biens immobiliers, terrains nus, bâtis, lots de copropriété. Pour cela, elle utilise différentes procédures (acquisitions ou cessions amiables, expropriation ..). Un nombre significatif d'acquisitions a déjà été réalisé avec le concours d'un cabinet de géomètre qui a procédé à des bornages de terrains, à des découpages de parcelles par le biais de documents modificatifs du parcellaire cadastral.
