Description

Au vu du succès des précédentes OPAH-RU sur le territoire Toulonnais et hyérois, et anticipant le terme des opérations actives jusqu'en 03/2024 pour l'OPAH du centre ancien de Toulon et 02/2024 pour le centre-ville de Hyères, la Métropole MTPM la ville de Toulon et la ville de d'Hyères, en accord avec l'ANAH, souhaitent reconduire ces dispositifs métropolitains. Cette étude s'articule autour de deux grands objectifs : - Le bilan des interventions des OPAH-RU 2019-2024, confié à un prestataire - Le diagnostic qualitatif et quantitatif permettant la définition de stratégies opérationnelles à mettre en oeuvre, confié aux concessionnaires, les opérateurs VAD Toulon et Hyères.
