Description
The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) needs a new hire agreement with a supplier who can offer LEO satellite communication systems (broadband) to and from our oceangoing vessels. The contracting authority operates six oceangoing research vessels, of which five are owned by the Contracting Authority and one is owned by Kartverket. All have VSAT communication on Ku-, Ka-, and/or C-bands.
