Restrukturierung der Ebene 3 zum OP- Zentrum mit ca. 2.800 m² NUF, sowie die neue Verortung des urologische Funktionsbereich mit 2 TUR (ca. 720 qm NUF) innerhalb der Bestandstruktur des Klinikums Wolfsburg. Inhalt der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Tragwerksplanung und Umsetzung eines OP- Zentrums mit stationären und ambulanten OP- Bereichen und die Errichtung eines neuen Aufwachraumes für stationäre Patienten, einer operativen Patienten Aufnahme (OPA) und einer dem Ambulanz- OP zugeordneten Tagesklinik mit Aufwachbereich. Es sind 11 OP- Räume im Zentral-OP für stationäre Patienten zu realisieren. Ein OP muss eine Betriebszulassung als BG OP erhalten.
