Restrukturierung der Ebene 3 zum OP- Zentrum mit ca. 2.800 m² NUF, sowie die neue Verortung des urologische Funktionsbereiches mit 2 TUR (ca. 720 qm NUF) innerhalb der Bestandstruktur des Klinikums Wolfsburg. Inhalt der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Leistungsphasen 1 - 8 nach § 55 der HOAI 2021, Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 gem. § 53 HOAI für die Umsetzung eines OP- Zentrums mit stationären und ambulanten OP- Bereichen und die Errichtung eines neuen Aufwachraumes für stationäre Patienten, einer operativen Patienten Aufnahme (OPA) und einer dem Ambulanz- OP zugeordneten Tagesklinik mit Aufwachbereich.
