Les stipulations du présent Cahier des clauses administratives particulières (CCAP) concernent : 2025-13EP ENTRETIEN ET REPARATIONS DES VEHICULES LEGERS DU SECTEUR DE VERTUS. Cette nouvelle consultation est initiée à la suite de la déclaration sans suite du lot n°2 « Secteur Vertus » de l’accord-cadre 2024-61EP ENTRETIEN ET REPARATIONS DES VEHICULES LEGERS. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. La durée de l'accord-cadre et le délai d'exécution des commandes ainsi que tout autre élément indispensable à leur exécution sont fixés dans les conditions du cahier des clauses administratives particulières. L'ensemble du contenu des prestations est détaillé dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières.
