Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la location d’autocars avec chauffeurs pour les transports collectifs de la Ville d’Epernay. Le type d’usagers principal sont les enfants et adolescents pour des activités de loisirs sur les temps scolaires, péri ou extrascolaires. Les familles pourront également être concernés par ces transports. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'ensemble du contenu des prestations est détaillé dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières.
