Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Le montant maximum, sur la durée totale du marché, tous lots confondus, est fixé à 41 800 000 euro(s) H.T. Les montants maximums fixés pour chaque lot et par période sont indiqués à larticle 2.3 du CCAP. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Pour la réalisation de la prestation de ce contrat, le Pouvoir Adjudicateur souhaite faire réaliser des prestations de sécurisation (ci-après désignés T.F.P) au Titulaire. Lesdits T.F.P à réaliser concernent la réalisation de prestations de sécurisation et de médiation des Hôpitaux de Marseille et du CH Valvert. Le Titulaire est une entreprise expérimentée et ayant un savoir-faire reconnu en matière de gardiennage, de sécurité et de médiation pour des entités de dimension équivalente. Ce dernier a déclaré être hautement qualifié pour réaliser ces T.F.P conformément aux spécifications présentées par le Pouvoir Adjudicateur
