Description
Upphandlingen avser julgåvor i form av gåvokort för leverans till Region Norrbotten. Med gåvokort avses värdebevis med ett på förhand fastställt värde som används för att välja produkter från ett utvalt sortiment i en digital portal under en begränsad tid. Med gåvokort avses inte presentkort. Upphandlingsdokumenten innehåller samtliga förutsättningar och krav som gäller för anbudsgivningen. Upphandlingen genomförs i enlighet med Lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU).
