Description
Holmestrand kommune intends to enter into a rental agreement with BaneNor Eiendom for a new town hall at langgaten 2 in the centre of Holmestrand. The contract will be valid for 10 years, with an option for an extension for 5+5 years. The total value of the agreement, without extensions, is approx. The lease terms will start in December 2026. The tenancy is for a new office building erected in accordance with the municipality ́s specifications, and is therefore possibly to be considered as a building and construction contract.
