Accord cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande relatif à des prestations de maintenance des microscopes de laboratoire avec fourniture de pièces détachées pour les différents sites de l'APHM. Cet accord-cadre, passé au nom du Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire est également ouvert à l'intégralité des membres du GHT listés à l'article 1 « préambule » du CCAP. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 150 000 euro(s) HT pour la période initiale. Le montant maximum de l'accord, toutes périodes confondues, est de 600 000 euro(s) HT. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
