Description
La présente consultation concerne la réalisation les travaux de tailles et abattages d'arbres sur les territoires des villes d’Avize et d’Epernay. La Ville d'Epernay est désignée comme coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Seuil minimum H.T.: 20 000,00 € Seuil maximum H.T.: 350 000,00 € L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de quatre (4) ans à compter de sa notification.
