Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die Software "Virtual Apps & Desktops" inkl. Pflege des Herstellers Citrix, sowie Hardware "Appliance NetScaler SDX" inkl. Wartung, sowie Dienstleistungen des Herstellers Citrix in Höhe von bis zu 60.500.000,00 Euro netto (Obergrenze 90.750.000,00 Euro netto) im Wege eines offenen Verfahren nach §§ 15 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren, bestehend aus einer Grundlaufzeit von zwei Jahren sowie zwei Verlängerungsoptionen von jeweils einem Jahr, abgeschlossen. Die Produkte und Leistungen sollen sowohl im Eigenbetrieb der BWI als auch für den Kunden Bundeswehr (nachfolgend auch "Kunde" oder "Bw") und für das Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (nachfolgend "BSI") eingesetzt werden.
