Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt folgenden Rahmenvertrag mit einem Vertragspartner über die Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsleistungen von einem Abroller Tecnau U550, Senktisch Böwe 5519 und Abroller Tecnau U10, nach Aufwand in Höhe von geschätzt 47.776,60 Euro netto (Obergrenze, d. h. bis zu 71.664,90 Euro (netto) - siehe Anlage 2 zum EVV "Auftragswertschätzung) im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 4 VgV zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren (2 Jahre Grundlaufzeit, mit 2-maliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 1 Jahr) abgeschlossen.
