Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt, zwei Rahmenverträge (Los 1: SDoT für MMHSBw + GLZ CIR (Eigentumsverbleib BWI); Los 2: SDoT für GMN (Eigentumsübergang an Kunde)) mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über - die Beschaffung der Appliances "SDoT Labelling Service" und "SDoT Security Gate-way" (im Folgenden: "SDoT Appliances") in den jeweils aktuellen Versionen, - der zugehörigen Administrationsgeräte (im Folgenden: "Laptops"), - der dauerhaften Überlassung von Lizenzen für SDoT Labelling Service, - Pflege- und Supportleistungen und Garantieerweiterungen für die Appliances und Lap-tops sowie - Dienstleistungen für Migrationsleistungen, Dokumentation, Schulung und Projektunterstützung nebst 3rd Level Support für das Military Message Handling System der Bundeswehr (im Folgenden: "MMHSBw") (Los 1 - Eigentumsverbleib BWI) und das German Misson Network (im Folgenden: "GMN") (Los 2 - Eigentumsübergang an den Kunden) in Höhe von 106.038.750,00 EUR bis zu 212.077.500,00 EUR netto (Obergrenze) (siehe Anlage 2 zum EVV "Auftragswertschätzung") im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 12 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV an den Hersteller INFODAS Gesellschaft für Sy…
