Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über den zeit-lich befristeten Zugriff auf die Softwareprodukte des Herstellers Chainguard (Custom as-sembly, Custom build, FIPS) inkl. Pflege- und Supportleistungen sowie zuzüglich software-nahen Vertragsleistungen (in Höhe von bis zu 9.921.566,00 Euro (netto) (Obergrenze: 14.882.349,00 Euro siehe EVV Anlage 2 Auftragswertschätzung) im Wege offenen Verfah-rens gem. §14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer festen Laufzeit von drei Jahren und einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption von 12 Monaten abgeschlossen, die maximale Laufzeit des Vertrags beträgt vier Jahre.
